Return & Refund Policy — Birchwyn

At Birchwyn, every product is custom-made through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify, and produced only after it's ordered. Because of this made-to-order process, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges As all items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at kushalparekh2026@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free reprint or full refund through Printify. There is no need to return the item to us.

If the issue affects multiple products from the same design, please include a photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame.

Unsuccessful Deliveries If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, you may be offered a reprint with an additional shipping charge, or a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed items, a print placement tolerance of 0.5" applies. Minor variations in print position are considered normal and are not classified as a defect.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for custom or personalized products, sale items, or gift cards, as all Birchwyn products are made-to-order through Printify.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please contact us at kushalparekh2026@gmail.com to initiate this process.

Refund Timeline Once your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at kushalparekh2026@gmail.com.
