At Birchwyn, all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This allows us to offer high-quality, custom products without holding inventory — but it also means shipping times reflect both production and delivery, as outlined below.
Order Processing Time Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to Printify for production. Most items are printed and prepared for shipment within 2-7 business days, depending on the product type and print provider. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
International Orders We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times may take longer than domestic orders due to customs processing and distance. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delays While we work with reliable print providers to ensure timely production and shipping, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has entered production. Birchwyn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Order Fulfillment & Returns As a print-on-demand brand, all production, packing, shipping, and return handling for Birchwyn orders is managed by our fulfillment partner, Printify.
